This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed with Squazronprexalon, operated from Christchurch, New Zealand. Consumer rights under local law apply in addition to these terms.
New Zealand consumer context
If you are in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may provide remedies where goods are not of acceptable quality or do not match their description, alongside the Fair Trading Act 1986 rules against misleading conduct. Eligibility
You may request a return where the product is faulty, not as described, or where you have a statutory cooling-off right that applies to your purchase. Food supplements with broken seals may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene and safety reasons, unless required otherwise by law.
How to start a return
Contact us using the identifiers published in the site footer and include your order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs if the packaging is damaged. We will respond with instructions and a return address.
Timeframes
Where a return is accepted, we aim to confirm receipt within a reasonable period after the parcel arrives. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to banking timelines.
Shipping costs
If you are entitled to a remedy for a faulty product, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed in line with applicable rules. For change-of-mind returns where permitted, you may be responsible for return postage.
